You can check availability of an item through the website by clicking on the rental date guide within a listing. Desi Pal NZ are not responsible for third party renters arranging next day rentals.

If you would like to arrange a “Fasttrack” Desi Pal exclusive rental, we recommend messaging Desi Pal NZ through messenger for urgent communication.

All Desi Pal NZ outfit rental prices are inclusive of dry-cleaning costs. Please arrange dry cleaning services directly with the owners of third-party rentals.

Desi Pal Exclusive rentals are sent four days prior to your scheduled event. When selecting the calendar date please advise your event date. Rentals are for a 6-day period. A late fee of $25 per day applies.

No. Unfortunately, this will void the bond and insurance policy that we hold with both third party rentals and Desi Pal exclusive rentals

All rentals have a bond price included in the terms of use. Depending on the damage, the bond is used to rectify this. If the outfit is salvageable, the cost of repair is deducted from the bond price. If the outfit is not able to be repaired, the owner of the outfit keeps the full bond amount.

Our Marketplace is what makes Desi Pal NZ unique. Upload the outfits you want to sell or rent out. You choose the price and you manage the description and interaction with customers! Please reference our “How it works” tab for more information.

Desi Pal NZ Marketplace accepts items of all desi styles! Including womenswear such as lehengas, saris or kurtis, menswear, jewelry and kids clothing.

It is free to list with  Desi Pal NZ, we only take a small 7% surcharge of your total cost when you make a successful sale or rental.
